Just sad. Gave them so many chances to be good. I wanted to support this business so bad and they wouldnt let me. I hope those guys behind the counter find peace.

I understand you have to wait your turn. I'm all for that. BUT I only needed a small lawnmower tire off the rim. I brought the tire first thing in the morning. 1 other customer in the store buying a lawnmower. I know they probably have lawnmowers in the back to repair but again 1 tire off the rim. They told me to drop it off and I could pick it up two days later. ???? Ridiculous. I brought it to a different company who was ridiculously busy at least 30 customers in the location. They had no problem doing it. I waited a short time, as I said I don't mind waiting my turn, and then off on my way. Soooo... do I recommend Steinert? Only as a last resort and only if you dont mind waiting a week.

I’m 66 years old and had my own business, I’ve never encountered someone so unprofessional in a business environment. I brought my 1 year old cub cadet in for servicing. Before he even looked at the zero turn riding mower he started telling me it wasn’t covered under warranty. While I certainly hoped it was covered under warranty my primary concern was to have it fixed so I could cut the grass at my home. When he approached the trailer he immediately looked at the mower said it would not be covered under warranty and when we calmly questioned it, he said take your business elsewhere. Maybe he wants to go out of business. I have additional mowers and could have become a customer instead my first call was to Cub Cadet and Tractor Supply to have that business removed from their recommended list of repair shops. There is something wrong with that owner and I would never step foot in that place again. I will also tell everyone I know not to utilized this company. The owner was rude beyond belief. We were stunned at his behavior. I would have happily paid to have my mower repaired but he actually said he actually refused to even look at it and I’m not sure why. I thought perhaps he is in

I had the worst experience with this retailer. He is unprofessional and has a huge attitude. I went to get a small snow blower repair and I had asked him to provide estimate before he repaired. He did not call to provide estimate, overcharged for the repair and when I asked him politely about that, he started showing me an attitude. And when I ask him to load the snow blower in my car, he refuses to do it and asks me to leave his store. Please, please do not patronise this retailer.
